In 1984, a Lebanese immigrant, Ouidad Wise, opened the first salon in N.Y.C. dedicated to curls. As a hairstylist and curly girl, she was passionate about embracing the unique texture of curls and spent years honing specialized cutting and styling techniques like the “Carve and Slice” and "Rake and Shake,” which are still used in salons around the world today. From behind the chair to fashion shows, Ouidad was determined to empower others to “let curls be curls”. A signature product line was soon to follow. Specifically designed for all curl types, this diffuser provides concentrated heat that accelerates drying time and helps prevent frizz. Whether it's a soft air-dry, more definition, or added volume that you're looking for, this multi-functional diffuser helps you create the curl styles you want on all lengths and hair textures. The universal size is compatible with most dryers. Made from high temperature resistant silicone and nylon material. To check if this diffuser is compatible with a specific type of dryer, we recommend that you measure your blow-dryer nozzle’s diameter. If the diameter size is between 1.77 inches to 2.16 inches (45 – 55 mm) without any rubber ring, then the Made For Curls™ 3-in-1 Universal Diffuser should be compatible.
