We are a family owned and operated Wholesale company and has been in business since 1990 for 33 years catering to Hair Salons, Hairdressers, Beauty Supply Stores and More. We are based out of Southeast Florida. We strive to give the best customer service and treat all of our clients like family. Sales Tax

 No Sales Tax will be collected (except for shipments to Florida ). We will gladly credit sales tax for resellers or government institutions. Just email us a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address at. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number


We recommend that you choose Standard Shipping. You should receive your order within 3 - 5 business days.

Within your first 30 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your return no questions asked. At your request, we will either: · Replace or exchange the merchandise, or · Credit the purchase price to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, less 15% for restocking and handling. · There is a 15% restocking fee on all items returned. Please note: We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We want to make your shopping experience as easy and safe as possible. Please contact our customer service department to determine the appropriate rates while you are always free to send your products directly to the manufacturer, we have done our homework and believe you will find our fees are lower than most manufacturers. We provide this service as a way of saying; "Thank you!" for shopping at Hassle-Free Return Procedure Returns at are easy. Just follow these simple steps: Please know every effort was made to ensure your products were packed with care and shipped according to your delivery requirements. There is a $9.95 continental US processing fee for all merchandise returns outside the first 30 days. Canada, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii are $29.95. For your protection we recommend you ship via UPS, insured Parcel Post, or some other traceable ship method. Be sure to keep your receipt! 5. When items are returned for exchange, your card will be credited and then re-billed for the new / exchanged item. Your credit card company may take up to 30 days to process your transaction; all transactions should be complete within one full billing cycle.

Backorders: Backorders will automatically be shipped if back ordered items are equaling $50.00 or more. Everything $50.00 and under will be automatically cancelled.

Minimum Orders: There is no minimum order.

**We will ship to Canada for $29.95 shipping cost. However I am not in control if there are duty fees, there is always a chance you will have to pay duty fees when ordering outside your country, you as the customer/receiver are responsible for any fees.
